Over the years I have been privileged to meet, work with and learn from some outstanding people. I have also experienced different cultures in different countries and companies with different markets and products. Some have taught me how to do things and some, how not to do things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-75952a78411a0dd2deef29a3e614d2c1\">Very little of the contents are original. Instead, they are the result of my experiences, good and bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ca6f054e7dfe792ca7b49e1db381ece1\">The book in a sense is a Manual not a Reader. The headings hopefully will guide you to think about aspects of your business when it has relevance to your situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14135b5ff177105481c9bb01a9712ba2\">Some management books attempt to justify advice with research data in a semi-academic way. I find that approach unconvincing. If I believe the suggested practice has merit, I will use it.
