I hope you will find this book useful. Over the years I have been privileged to meet, work with and learn from some outstanding people. I have also experienced different cultures in different countries and companies with different markets and products. Some have taught me how to do things and some, how not to do things.
Very little of the contents are original. Instead, they are the result of my experiences, good and bad.
The book in a sense is a Manual not a Reader. The headings hopefully will guide you to think about aspects of your business when it has relevance to your situation.
Some management books attempt to justify advice with research data in a semi-academic way. I find that approach unconvincing. If I believe the suggested practice has merit, I will use it. If not, I won’t.
